モトニ"}]},"item_2_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-03-10","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"87","bibliographicPageStart":"55","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"42","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"山形短期大学紀要"}]}]},"item_2_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"論文(Article)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"はじめに　山形短期大学福祉研究センター（以下「本センター」という。）では、平成２１年３月３１日に「山形県朝日町の地域の福祉力に関する調査研究事業報告書」（以下「報告書」という。）を作成した。この報告書における研究事業は、地域福祉の時代を迎えてはいるものの、地域社会が高齢者や障害者や児童等の福祉に関する課題を吸収していけるのかという疑問に発し、地域福祉の推進と在宅福祉の充実・地域生活移行の推進は地域の福祉力の程度とのバランスをとりながら進めていく必要があるという考え方を基本としている。そこで、地域の福祉力の程度を明らかにする必要があると考え、手がけたのが朝日町の地域の福祉力を測定、および描き出すということであった。また、本センターでは研究結果が住民や行政の理解を促し、具体的に地域の福祉基盤作りに役立っていくことを目指しているため、研究経過と結果が住民に分かりやすく提示されることが大切であり、その表し方に留意する必要があると考えてきた。報告書は、そのための試行的調査の段階であり、今後の調査の方向性を明らかにするための予備的調査の位置にあった。報告書を振り返ってみれば、調査研究の範囲が広いため地域の福祉力が十分にまとめられておらず、描き方も分かりにくいものとなっており、今後の調査研究に向けて検討しなければならない点がある。以上の経過を踏まえ、本稿では、はじめに文献研究から地域の福祉力の内容を明確にすること、次に朝日町における調査結果を基に地域の福祉力の構成要素を抽出し、定量的に把握することができるような調査の内容と方法を検討すること、そして住民に分かりやすく地域の福祉力を表わす方法について明らかにする。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"47","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Sone,
